We use Squarespace exclusively. If you haven’t heard of Squarespace it is a website building platform and hosting company like WordPress or Wix. We love it for its intuitive design, ease of use and amazing customer support.

Yes! We do not use templates. We design every site based on your business priorities and customer needs. Of course, we take advantage of all the amazing Squarespace features and add custom CSS to give your site an added level of refinement. 

You can find Squarespace's pricing on their website. Most of our clients require either the Business or Commerce Plan. These plans support certain types of code not supported on the personal plan. The good news is that if you work with us you’ll get a 20% off your annual subscriptions for the first year.

Once you have reviewed and signed our contract and a start date for your project is agreed, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Then, when the project is complete you will receive a final invoice for the remaining 50%. Final payment is required before we transfer ownership of the website to you. This will all be spelled out in our contract.

We are not VAT registered so there is VAT to pay on our services.

At the end of each project we set up a training sessions. We’ll provide you with links to our favourite Squarespace guides, resources and video tutorials. And we’ll check back with you, a few weeks after the site has launched to answer any questions and make any minor adjustments you needs.

Yes! We love to work with international clients and in fact we are just about to start a project with a small business in Canada. We find the time difference is a benefit.

Don’t worry. Our process is designed to make this as easy and as stress free as possible for you. We will guide you at each stage, letting you know what you need to consider and provide. And once we’re all done, we will show you how to maintain and update the site - things like how to change the copy, add an image, upload a blog.

This is up to you. You can keep your domain where it is or transfer it over to Squarespace. We’ll support you either way.

We can help you create a visual look selecting the right fonts and colours to make your brand come alive. We can also create a wordmark for you. For most many solo entrepreneurs this is all they need.

No. We are in awe of those individuals who can write the perfect sentence but unfortunately that’s not our forte. We will help where we can – providing a handy copywriting guide, a list of great copywriting resources and even introductions to our favourite copywriters.
