Before she started her web design business, Katherine owned and ran a bespoke design and print studio. Over the course of many successful years, this venture gave her an inside knowledge of how small businesses really work.
It put her in daily contact with discerning clients who expected a high level of customer care and attention to detail. She learned how to take a high-touch business online without losing client intimacy. And she learned about what makes a business website work harder than those of its competition.
Today, she helps small businesses develop a meaningful online presence of their own. Tapping into her extensive business knowledge (Katherine has an MBA and for many years worked as a senior customer marketer for large global companies) she works with clients to understand exactly what they need from their website to grow their business.
