The 50:50 Project

Background

The 50:50 Project was started by Ascender founder, Katherine Brown. Through a series of interviews, Katherine explores midlife career progression, fulfillment and reinvention.

The Brief

To create a strong visual identity for The 50:50 Project including an online blog and branded social media channels to build awareness for the project and grow its online audience.

What we did

  • Established brand identity including logo, colour scheme, tagline, social media branding.

  • Created dynamic blog with a minimalist design, arresting quotes, strong branded imagery and easy to read structure.

  • Developed social media strategy.

  • Moved site from WordPress to Squarespace and in the process improved security, added functionality and made the site easier to update.


The website gave my project instant credibility and really got me noticed. Having a well designed website meant that when I cold called someone to ask if they would be part of my project, the answer was yes!
